Terms & Conditions for Sale of Products / Artworks/ Services through The Living Walls

By registering and placing an order on www.thelivingwalls.com (will be referred as WebSite/ Brand Page/ Online Store /Site) you acknowledge that you are bound by the terms and conditions listed below:

  • All products/services made available for sale on the website will be sold at the price listed and no discounts will be granted to the buyer (Except any discounts displayed on the website/brand page/online store). The price listed excludes the taxes, shipping and handling charges. The information provided during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase shall be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the products and services from The Living Walls

  • The Living Walls is not liable for any charges that may be levied at the destination whether in India or overseas.

  • Payments will be accepted only from the buyer who are registered on our Website/ brand page/Online store

  • Placing an order on The Living Walls constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase. Unless rescinded/cancelled by The Living Walls within 2 working days on account of stock not available.

  • Once an order is placed on The Living Walls, the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the artwork within 5 working days from the date of placing the order as per our payment terms. Alternately, and without prejudice to the foregoing, The Living Walls may, at its absolute discretion, hold the product/services for the Buyer and may seek to commence legal proceedings (acting as the agent of the The Living Walls) to ensure execution of the contract of sale.

  • Payment Terms:

    • Products :- 100% advance payments realised in advance for the products
    • Services:- 50% Advance & 50% on delivery of project for services

  • The products will be delivered/shipped to the Buyer directly by the The Living Walls through a courier. Should there be any damage to the products in transit the buyer should not accept the parcel and should notify The Living Walls immediately by Email only.

  • The artworks that are unframed & un mounted will be shipped in a rolled format & in protective cylinders. For the paintings that are shipped with glass frames, we cannot provide any guarantee for the Glass& Frames, though utmost care is taken while packing.

  • Artworks/ products received in damaged/ Spoilt condition by the buyer may be returned to the The Living Walls within 2 working days in an ‘as is’ condition. In such a case The Living Walls will refund the payment to the buyer and cancel the order. However, the Damaged/ Spoilt condition will only be covered for any transit damages (Except Glass & Frames), and NOT because the buyer did not like the artwork/ products he/she has purchased.

  • While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and form of products/artwork/ services as depicted on the website/ Facebook brand page/ online store/ conceptualization plans, but it is understood that since each user’s display device like computer screen, mobile screen may have an impact on colour and also each painting is individually painted there may be variations in shade and colour. No complaints in this regard would be entertained.

  • You agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in these terms and conditions. In particular, you warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiration date), and you agree to pay all costs, charges plus all applicable taxes for the purchases made by you.

  • The Living Walls is authorized by the Artist/ designers/ decor experts to exercise complete discretion in (i) the illustration and descriptions of products/ services for viewing and sale and (ii) acceptance or rejection of orders received.

  • The Living Walls is not obligated to provide any physical preview of the artwork/ products/ services either before or after the sale. The Living Walls is in no way liable for the condition of the artwork/ products/projects/ services after delivery/ handover

  • The buyer warrants that all the information furnished at the time of registration is true and correct and any change in the information provided will be updated and intimated to The Living Walls immediately. The Living Walls is entitled to act on the basis of the information provided and seek such further information, clarifications or verifications as it may deem necessary for granting registration. Such registration may be suspended or cancelled where The Living Walls forms a reasonable view that any of the above information may be inaccurate. However, such registration will be restored immediately on the buyer furnishing information to the satisfaction of The Living Walls.

  • Disputes if any would be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
